Lee Ann Munger
Lee Ann is a long-standing advocate for women and girls. She is currently a major gifts officer for United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania and manages Women United, a powerful philanthropic collective. Previously, she held leadership roles with Strong Women Strong Girls (now Girls, Inc.) which empowers girls to imagine a broader future through a curriculum grounded on female role models delivered by college women mentors, who are themselves mentored by professional women and PowerLink, a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit that provided advisory boards to women-owned companies. Under her leadership, the organization’s results-driven PowerLink Advisory Board Program provided professional advisory boards to over 200 regional women business owners. Lee Ann is a recognized leader in the Pittsburgh business and women’s community. Lee Ann is co-founder of Pittsburgh Women’s Alliance, which fosters an inclusive community to advance women and drive regional growth. She is a former Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Charter School Appeal Board and is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh Year XII. Lee Ann was recently recognized by her alma mater, Chatham University, with the Cornerstone Award for Leadership and Advocacy.
Quinn Kirby
Quinn Kirby (they/them) is a Pittsburgh-based marketing and communications professional with a background in economic development, media, and entrepreneurship. Serving as co-chair of the Three Rivers Business Alliance Membership Committee, they are committed to strengthening inclusive networks and creating spaces where LGBTQIA2S+ professionals and their allies can elevate and build community with one another. Beyond their professional work, they are involved in community engagement, personal wellness, and the arts.

Tim Sullivan has spent over 20 years helping small and mid-sized businesses grow through smart, practical marketing strategies. His background spans digital, streaming, and traditional media, with a focus on helping local businesses reach the right audience and drive results. He also brings hands-on experience from years in catering and event management, along with running a booth at a local antique mall, giving him a true small business owner’s perspective. A longtime member of the local business community, Tim enjoys building relationships and supporting fellow business owners.
Ronald Debiec
Ron Debiec is a Complaint Investigator at Covestro, a global materials and chemical manufacturing company, where he leads technical complaint investigations of and drives quality improvement projects for Covestro’s polycarbonate products. When he first joined Covestro in 2017, he supported all Covestro business entities in North America as an R&D Scientist, specializing in analytical chemistry. For over four years, Ron has led Covestro’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group, UNITE, helping transform it into one of the company’s largest and most active ERGs. Through his work with UNITE, he has developed professional relationships with LGBTQ+ non-profits, university organizations, and ERGs, BRGs, and affinity groups through volunteerism, networking, and STEM education. A Pittsburgh-area native, Ron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017 and his Master of Engineering degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from Lehigh University in 2021.

Dr. KaRon Spriggs-Bethea is a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and small-business owner dedicated to advancing mental health, equity, and reflective practice within the Pittsburgh region and beyond. As the founder of Let’s Talk Solutions, KaRon provides affirming, trauma-informed services to diverse individuals, with a special commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community, POC individuals, and those navigating complex life transitions.
In addition to his clinical work, KaRon serves as a full-time social work professor, where he mentors MSW students through leadership development, academic success, and the cultivation of professional identity. He is known for his ability to inspire students and colleagues alike—encouraging authenticity, reflection, and community-centered engagement in every professional space he enters.
